If you could all say it with words, there would be no reason to paint

Since childhood, creating has been a way to explore and express my inner world. As a kid, I had almost weekly creative sessions with my mom. Later in life, art reappeared as a way to express feelings I had no words for.
Whether I’m seeking resolution, relief, or simply the joy of making, picking up a brush often feels like the right answer.

While aesthetic results matter to me, my focus lies in the creative process itself and in using art to move through emotions and ideas. I often let stories, energy, or shared moments guide the work. This personal dimension makes creating feel intimate and grounded, a way to connect beyond words.
