During eight years, I’ve supported people-centered transformation through facilitation, coaching, training, and team dialogue, creating space for reflection, connection, and change within the aerospace industry. At Airbus, I learned to navigate change fatigue and the constant tension between process and agility. At Lilium, I worked with teams in a fast-paced environment, building something that had never been done before. These experiences gave me a deep understanding of the challenges teams face today, from employee engagement and feedback culture to performance, communication, and collaboration across cultures.

Today, I support individuals and teams in navigating these challenges by working not only on processes, but on the human dynamics behind them. My approach combines facilitation, coaching, and creative practices to help:

  • support individuals in understanding their strengths, potential, and patterns, and in building confidence in their own way of growing

  • unlock new perspectives and creative ways of thinking together

  • support leaders in developing more conscious and inclusive ways of leading, fostering trust, openness, and psychological safety

Currently training as an art therapist, I’m expanding my practice with creative approaches that support reflection, confidence, and collective problem-solving.
